If an Internet account is used to violate the TOS, we reserve the right to terminate the service without notice. Client understands that changes to the TOS by Doulos Web Services shall not be grounds for early contract termination or nonpayment.

USE
Prohibited use includes:

Countries outside the USA:
Doulos Web Services reserves the right to deny it's services to anyone.

Other examples of unacceptable material include:
IRC Bots, Proxy Scripts / Anonymizers, Pirated Software / Warez, image, filedump, mirror, or banner-ad services (similar to rapidshare, photobucket, or commercial banner ad rotation), topsites, commercial audio streaming (more than one or two streams), Escrow, High-Yield Interest Programs (HYIP) or related sites, Investment sites (FOREX, egold exchange), sale of any controlled substance without prior proof of appropriate permit(s), AutoSurf sites, Bank Debentures, Bank Debenture Trading Programs, Prime Banks Programs, lottery sites, muds / rpg's, hate sites, hacker focused sites/archives/programs, or sites promoting illegal activities, IP Scanners, Brute Force Programs, Mail Bombers and Spam Scripts. Forums and or websites that distribute or link to warez content are prohibited.

Illegal use:
Doulos Web Services Internet Solution's services may not be used for illegal purposes, or in support of illegal activities. Doulos Web Services reserves the right to cooperate with legal authorities and/or injured third parties in the investigation of any suspected crime or civil wrongdoing.

Harm to minors:
Use of the Doulos Web Services Internet Solution service to harm, or attempt to harm, minors in any way, including, but not limited to child pornography is prohibited.

Child Pornography
The use of the Doulos Web Services to store, post, display, transmit, advertise or otherwise make available child pornography is prohibited. Doulos Web Services.com is required by law, and will, notify law enforcement agencies when it becomes aware of the presence of child pornography on, or being transmitted through, the use of Doulos Web Services.

Pornography
Even if otherwise legal, no content containing, or depicting, nudity, pornographic, adult content, anything related to human sexuality, or links to such material is permitted on any Doulos Web Services hosted server, webspace, or website.

Obscene, Defamatory, Abusive or Threatening Language
Use of the DoulostWebServices to store, post, transmit, display or otherwise make available obscene, defamatory, harassing, abusive or threatening language is prohibited.

Threats:
Use of the Doulos Web Services Internet Solution service to transmit any material (by e-mail, uploading, posting or otherwise) that threatens or encourages bodily harm or destruction of property is prohibited.

Harassment:
Use of the Doulos Web Services Internet Solution service to transmit any material (by e-mail, uploading, posting or otherwise) that harasses another is prohibited.

Fraudulent activity:
Use of Doulos Web Services Internet Solution service to make fraudulent offers to sell or buy products, items, or services, or to advance any type of financial scam such as "pyramid schemes," "ponzi schemes," and "chain letters" is prohibited.

Forgery or impersonation:
Adding, removing or modifying identifying network header information in an effort to deceive or mislead is prohibited. Attempting to impersonate any person by using forged headers or other identifying information is prohibited. The use of anonymous remailers or nicknames does not constitute impersonation.

Unsolicited commercial e-mail / Unsolicited bulk e-mail (SPAM):
Use of the Doulos Web Services Internet Solution service to transmit any unsolicited commercial or unsolicited bulk e-mail is expressly prohibited. Violations of this type will result in the immediate termination of the offending Doulos Web Services Internet Solution account.

Copyrights
Infringement of Copyright, Patent, Trademark, Trade Secret, or Intellectual Property Right: Distribution and/or posting of copyrighted or the aforementioned infringements will not be tolerated. This includes warez, roms, mp3's, mpegs, or anything else that might violate one or more of these laws.

Other
- Gameservers are strictly not allowed to be ran off all accounts. Due to the high level of stress this puts on the system you will need to purchase a semi-dedicated or dedicated server for this.
- Mirror sites and or mirrored files are not allowed on the server.
- Doulos Web Services accounts operate on shared resources. Excessive use or abuse of these shared network resources by one customer may have a negative impact on all other customers. Misuse of network resources in a manner which impairs network performance is prohibited by this policy and may result in termination or suspension of your account.
- You are prohibited from excessive consumption of resources, including CPU time, memory, bandwidth, disk space, and session time. You may not use resource-intensive programs which negatively impact other customers or the performances of Doulos Web Services systems or networks. Doulos Web Services reserves the right to terminate or limit such activities.
- Any web site that uses a high amount of server resources (such as, but not limited to, CPU time, memory usage, and network resources) will be given the option to either pay additional fees (which will depend on the resources required), reduce the resources used to an acceptable level, or upgrade its service to a more advanced plan. Doulos Web Services shall be the sole arbiter of what is considered to be a high server usage level. Any web hosting account deemed to be adversely affecting server performance or network integrity will be shut down without prior notice.
- We do not allow anime videos to be hosted on our servers. This includes videos which are saved in other formats such as, but not limited to .zip, .rar, .ace.
- Steaming media is not allowed on the servers. We reserve the right to remove any file which we feel appears to be streaming media.
- Sites that are specifically designed to offer free hosting or sites that for other reasons offer free hosting for users that are not affiliated with the company leasing space from Doulos Web Services is prohibited unless a prior agreement is made with Doulos Web Services. This agreement must contain a contract that will be used between Doulos Web Services 's Client, and the Client's Client. This contract will ensure that they have proper identification to prevent fraudulent use. If a client of Doulos Web Services chooses to give an affiliate free hosting, this cannot be resold in any way, shape, or form.
- Customers are forbidden to resell the accounts without a prior written agreement from Doulos Web Services.

Server Abuse
Any attempts to undermine or cause harm to a Doulos Web Services' servers or customers will result in immediate cancellation, and be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Our Company Policies
Billing Policies:
- Doulos Web Services bills clients monthly or 1 or 2 year periods.
- We have a "30 day money back" policy for hosting packages only. "30 day money back" only applies to new customers only. If you have had an account in the past, or are opening an additional account with Doulos Web Services the "30 day money back" policy does not apply. There is no refund on optional items. Optional items include, but are not limited to, domain registrations, SiteBuilder, private IP's and private SSL certifications. If a customer cancels their account beyond the 30th day they will not receive any refund. Customers cannot put there accounts on "hold" or "delay". Customers strictly prepay for the time they use.
-All payments are due on the first of the month. If payment is not received by the end of the 1st day of the month, Doulos Web Services reserves the right to suspend your account and can delete all remaining data after 15 days, unless otherwise noted by our billing department.
- If an account is removed due to a violation of this TOS or of our "Acceptable Use" policy, we reserve the right not to refund payments.
- If after your account suspension, you do not pay the required amount to settle your accounts within 15 days of the due date, Doulos Web Services will your account. - If prompt domain renewal payment is not done, Doulos Web Services has to responsibility to pay for the domain re-instate fee. The client can either wait for the 30 days redemption period, at a risk of loosing the domain, or else pay the fees incurred to renew the domain. We accept no domain backorders.

Service Policies:
-Upon accepting this TOS agreement you also accept any agreement, contract that our company makes public. These documents will be made available at all times to the public.
- Doulos Web Services reserves the right to revise, amend, or modify this TOS, our TOS (Terms of Service) and our other policies and agreements at any time and in any manner.
- Doulos Web Services is not responsible for errors of any type.
-We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
-Client agrees that the Doulos Web Services may disclose any and all client information including assigned IP numbers, account history, account use, etc. to any law enforcement agent without consent or notification to the client.
- Doulos Web Services reserves the right to search through any and all files on its servers. If any files are found to break the Terms of Service Agreement we reserve the right to remove, suspend, or do anything else with these files that is found to be within our discretion. Doulos Web Services has the right to report any illegal data to the proper authorities. Doulos Web Services will be found in no way responsible for any files found on its server, which was uploaded by a customer.
-Customers are forbidden to share accounts. These accounts can only be owned by a single person.

Violations of the TOS:
Doulos Web Services will without notice cancel, without a refund, any account found to be in violation of the TOS, or which is used for any illegal activities, including those listed above.

Support Policies:
-Scripting, custom installations, server upgrades, 3RD party software, software installation, software upgrades, and, modifications are not covered under our support policy, but may be available at additional costs. Please contact us for further details.

Modification of TOS
Doulos Web Services reserves the right to add, delete, or modify any provision of its Terms of Use at any time without notice.
